At times our lives and our relationships can be challenging. Counselling can assist to explore solutions individually or with others. Relationships change over time.
Counselling provides a safe, confidential space to explore issues and challenges. This may be about obtaining clarity about life directions, changes in your relationship, contemplation about separation or discussing being better parents after separation.

Your worker will provide you with information about confidentiality and privacy.
Your first session will always be individually, even if you are coming for relationship counselling. This allows each person to speak freely, sometimes this is about matters they are having difficulty communicating about with the other person.
It allows the counsellor to make a decision about whether it is best to be seen together or separated or to refer you to a more appropriate service.
Your counsellor will ask lots of questions about your situation and ask what you want to achieve from counselling.
